- "Say less. My ship and its men are yours, for now. Don't make me regret it."
- — Woldriks agreeing to aid Phraxas
Woldriks, Dusk Baron is a Fallen Baron of the House of Dusk encountered in the Fractured Whispers Raid. He was once a baron of the House of Devils before being absorbed into the House of Dusk following a string of defeats throughout the Cosmodrome, a decision he heavily objected to, but ultimately came to accept. Sometime after the destruction of Deksis Prime, he would be approached by Phraxas, the Shattered and, after serious deliberation, would ultimately accept working with the Splicer of the former House of Wolves in her search for the Warmind bunker of Ashurbanipal. He would serve as the first line of defense against the Guardian Fireteam tasked with investigating their activity in the Warmind bunker, and would meet his end by their hands after personally joining the fray in an effort to stop them.
Gameplay[edit]
Woldriks will appear by the holomap upon the disarming of three series of three Splinter Mines in a last ditch effort to keep the Guardians away from the Warmind bunker and the barrier preventing further access. He behaves much like other Ultra ranked Captains, teleporting around to throw off his opponents and flank them, as well as slam the ground should any get to close, which can and will be an instant kill for low resilience players. On top of an extremely durable health bar, he is also capable of throwing overhauled Shock Grenades at his opponents. He may also select random Guardians to be the target of bombardment from his Ketch in the sky, which will swiftly impact their target site and can instantly kill a Guardian should they remain in the target zone. Despite the darkness zone, however, he lacks any wipe mechanics and the fireteam can dispatch him at their leisure.
