The Torus Enhancive is a specialized branch of the Vex' Torus collective encountered beyond the Sol System on worlds beyond and are tasked with the creation of new Vex frames and technologies for the overreaching collective minds to use abroad in their machinoforming campaigns. Remarked for their quaint cruelty and coldness even compared to other Vex, these units stand out among their kindred with a strange sense of empowerment in Darkness. They are marked by their distinct stripped down appearance, indigo-colored frames highlighted by gold and brass trim, and horizontal and violet-lit optical lenses.

History

Origin

Along with the Torus Assimilative and Torus Unitary, the Torus Enhancive was once a part of a vast collective of programming simply known as the Torus Collective. As the Collective grew and grew in size, however, the collective minds unanimously decided to split their collective into three separate groups, each specializing in a particular field to further streamline and advance the collective. The Torus Enhancive would emerge from this division with their purpose being the development of new technologies and tactics for the broader collective.
