The Anomaly is the eleventh mission of Chapter 5 of the New Light campaign, released later into Episode: Echoes. It is a reprised version of the Regicide mission from The Taken King.
Objectives[edit]
- Confront the New Leader
- Ascendant power in hand, reach the rupture and come face to face with this new leader of the Hive.
- Clear the Rupture
- Drive off the Taken surrounding the Rupture.
- Enter the Rupture
- The Rupture opens before your. Step into the world beyond.
- Defeat the Taken
- Cut a path through the Taken defenders.
- Destroy the "Nightmares"
- Crush the returned threats that have been at your heels for too long and force open the path further into the Dreadnaught.
- Face the New Leader
- Finally destroy the new head of the Dreadnaught and scatter the Hive once more.
- Destroy Oryx
- Oryx lives!? No, it can't be. Destroy this facsimile and don't let its power overwhelm you.
