Skell was a [[Dreg]] of the [[House of Wolves]] and worked his way up to a [[Vandal]] until he was captured along with [[Skolas, Kell of Kells|Skolas]] and the over half of the rest of the House of wolves and was taken to the [[Prison of Elders]]. He managed to survive in the Prison and Skolas' Execution and worked his way up to being a [[Baron]] and eventually the [[Archon Priest]] and then [[Kell]. With this position Skell transformed the House of Wolves into the [[Forum:House of Kells| House of Kells]]. He united all of the other Houses under his banner by Assassinating [[The Kell of Kings]] and with the biggest House under his name he overtime gathered all of the other Houses and used the House of Wolves' leftover [[Vex]] technology to bring several different major dead Fallen figures through time. These were, [[Taniks, the Scarred]], [[Draksis, Winter Kell]], [[Sepiks Prime]], [[Orbiks Prime]], [[Skolas, Kell of Kells|Skolas, the Rabid]], [[Irxis, Wolf Baroness]], and many more. Skell sent spies into the City to plant Vex technology in key parts of the City. Skell was a Dreg of the House of Wolves and worked his way up to a Vandal until he was captured along with Skolas and the over half of the rest of the House of wolves and was taken to the Prison of Elders.
