Skell is the leader of all Fallen and plans to burn The Last City to dust with his new Servitor-Fallen Splicers.

Overview

Skell was a Dreg of the House of Wolves and worked his way up to a Vandal until he was captured along with Skolas and the over half of the rest of the House of wolves and was taken to the Prison of Elders. He managed to survive in the Prison and Skolas' Execution and worked his way up to being a Baron and eventually the Archon and then Kell. With this position Skell transformed the House of Wolves into the House of Kells. He united all of the other Houses under his banner by Assassinating The Kell of Kings and with the biggest House under his name he overtime gathered all of the other Houses and used the House of Wolves' leftover Vex technology to bring several different major dead Fallen figures through time. These were, Taniks, the Scarred, Draksis, Winter Kell, Sepiks Prime, Orbiks Prime, Skolas, the Rabid, Irxis, Wolf Baroness, and many more. Skell sent spies into the City to plant Vex technology in key parts of the City. They were eventually found and killed but now Skell had a way of invading the City but his plan was foiled when The Guardian killed him and the City destroyed his portals and his time warped soldiers.
