Vochun, Prelate of the Will is a powerful Psion Flayer of the Shadow Legion and a leading member of the Created Congression.
Biography
Once a regular Psion clone created by Calus from within the Typhon Imperator to become part of his Shadow Legion army, Vochun would be deployed to guard the Witness' Pyramid and the reforming body of Nezarec following the Emperor's death.
