- Shaw Han's outfit contains armor pieces that can be acquired by the player. These are the Insight Rover Mask, the Young Ahamkara's Spine, the Exodus Down Vest, and the Strides of the Great Hunt.
- His cloak is an undamaged version of the Wildwood Cloak.
- His name is a combination of the names "Deckard Shaw" and "Han Lue" from the Fast and Furious franchise.[1]
- He was initially speculated by fans to the be the resurrected Uldren Sov.
- During The Dawning 2020, it is revealed that Shaw loves blueberries, a reference to his in-game role of guiding new players in the New Light introduction campaign.[2]
