The Suros Regime is a type of auto rifle. It features "exotic" art.[1] When fully upgraded, the bottom half of each magazine deals bonus damage & has a chance to return health when dealing damage.[2] the Suros Regime is widely considered to be one of the better auto rifles in the game, and was so popular at launch that the developers had to lower its impact ("nerfed" the Damage and Impact because they were considered too over-powered, or "OP"). Even after the downgrade, the Suros is still a capable weapon in the Crucible and in the lower level Strikes (Level 22 and under), largely due to the fact that it has low recoil, ample magazine space (33 rounds)and high impact rounds upon upgrade. Once the player competes in higher level matches like the Vault of Glass and the Weekly Heroic or Nightfall Strikes, the downgrade becomes more apparent and can affect kill score negatively in relation to other players' in the match.
