Rixis, Archon Slayer is a Fallen warrior who haunts the ruins of Old Russia. Some say that he once ruled the House of Devils.[1]
Rixis is a miniboss in Destiny, as he has higher health than normal Fallen, and drops rarer weapons, such as the Thunderlord.[2] It is recommended that players keep their distance from him, as once stirred, he's unpredictably elusive and quick with a pummeling wave of power called the "Ultra Smash"[3]. Players should rely on their class abilities when fighting him, or just avoid him if they want to wait for a later showdown.[1]
