Ransack Vandals are a more powerful Vandal variant that appear in the European Dead Zone. They are labeled as High-Value Targets and will drop a loot chest when killed.

The Ransack Vandal will appear once a message pops up saying that "A High-Value Target is nearby." This variant is just like other Vandals, just with more health. - If the Ransack Vandal doesn't spawn, a Despoiler Captain or Ransack Servitor will spawn.
