Harbingers are powerful weapons used by the Awoken. During the Reef Wars, the Harbingers destroyed Ceres, and all the Wolves there.[1] Despite there incredible power, they are rarely used, as they can cause catastrophic collateral damage. For that reason, the Queen avoided their use to end the Seige of Pallas.[2] The Harbingers are under the control of the Techeuns, though it seems that this control may be tenuous.[3]

The Harbingers, or at least the Golden Age technology of which they seem to be comprised, are implied to be related in some way to the Fusion Rifle Telesto.
