Soulfire is a form of death-based energy used by the Hive as a power source. It can be condensed into crystals for storage, blasted as an explosive projectile, or fired from weaponry, such as Soulfire Rifles.
Overview[edit]
Soulfire is capable of taking many forms, from Void crystals to Solar blasts of energy. It most often can be seen as green flame-like energy involved in many Hive rituals. According to Ghost upon his analysis of Nokris, Herald of Xol, soulfire pulses.[1]
Trivia[edit]
- Riven of a Thousand Voices and the Ahamkara Illusion both use a breath attack called "Blistering Soulfire." It is unknown whether or not this is related to Hive Soulfire.
