Pavik, Once Meek is a Fallen Vandal of the Jackal Syndicate. He was once a member of the House of Lions and was docked into a Dreg by Skevsis, the Prowling. This would lead to Pavik helping Joskaa, the Open-Minded in his rebellion against Skevsis, and allowed him to regrow his arms with the permission of Joskaa after he became the new Kell of Lions. But later on, he would leave the Lions and join the Jackal Syndicate. However, thanks to his betrayal and the Rise of Syndicate's rampage across the system, he would have a Bounty placed on his head by the Blades of Joskaa and would be hunted down and killed by Guardians who've taken the Bounty.
