The Lions' High Emissary is a Captain and emissary for the Fallen House of Lions, usually sent out frequently to meet with current and potential allies for the House. During the aftermath of the Reef Wars, the Lions' High Emissary was sent to negotiate with the Awoken and frequently talks with them to maintain the alliance. During the Siege on Mars, the Lions' High Emissary was captured by the Cabal Star Blazers when he was being sent back to the Kuiper Belt from the Reef. He was kept within the Iron Line, leading to a rescue mission by the Guardians under the orders of AJ, the Relentless.

Gameplay[edit]
The Lions' High Emissary is encountered in the Quest mission, Broken Negotiations, where he is held in the Iron Line by the Cabal of the Star Blazers. He is a large Ultra-sized Captain, and carries a Shock Rifle that fires rapidly much like those wielded by the Perfected Captains. As with every House of Lions ally, he will not attack the player, only engaging the Cabal. He will perform an Ultra Smash if in melee range and can teleport whenever necessary. Once all the enemies are eliminated in the Iron Line, he will teleport out into Rubicon Wastes to force the player to the next objective: they must protect the Lions' High Emissary as they move across the Rubicon Wastes, defending against advancing Cabal as they get him towards a Lion party headed by Skiffs near the entrance to the Rubicon Outskirts. The Lions' High Emissary has a large amount of health like an Ultra but if killed, will automatically wipe the player and restart the transversal section again. Once they reach the Skiffs, the Lions' High Emissary will teleport away as the player will face an Ultra Ignited Colossus.
Trivia[edit]
- The Lions' High Emissary shares almost the same title as the Devils' High Emissary, a House of Devils Captain that is also an Ultra and is encountered on Splicership Menkis-Syn in the Plaguelands.
