Data Uploaders are a variant of Red Legion troops that appears in Reclaim.

Gameplay

Data Uploader Psions appear protected by an immunity shield. Nearby, an Unstable Decoder will appear and when slain, it will drop a well. Standing in the well will allow the player's shots to break the Uploader's immunity shield and slay them. Once slain, a new Uploader will appear, and when then another, going up in rank each time, until all three have been slain and the cache can be opened.

A Data Uploader Phalanx appears at the end of several large waves of enemies, and slaying it will unlock a nearby data cache.
