Wolf Enforcers are Fallen Captains who serve as the House Enforcers of the House of Wolves. House Enforcers are tasked by their Kell with ensuring rank-and-file members remain loyal by threat of force, especially when the Kell's grip on power begins to weaken.
One Wolf Enforcer can be found in The Blast. He is a Queen's Wrath target.
