The Fanatic's Chosen are powerful Scorn Chieftains that serve under Fikrul, the Fanatic. They serve as priests and generals of the Scorn army.[citation needed] The Chosen are first seen during the mission High Plains Blues to put down The Spider's associates and their Guardian back-up.[1] After the events of Forsaken, they patrol the Dreaming City commanding what's left of the Scorn.[2]

Three years later, they would be encountered once again within Savathûn's Throne World as part of the Resonant Destruction Public Event in the Quagmire area.[3] They would also appear as final bosses in the Preservation Mission, where they lead Scorn forces in an effort to take control of the Sunken Pyramid, which was left abandoned after the death of Rhulk, Disciple of the Witness.[4]
