They tried to set on Awoken soil, only to get captured by the Awoken, and locked up in the Prison of Elders. They were soon set free during the Prison Break, led by Uldren and the Scorn.[1] They would keep fighting for supremacy in the wrecked prison under the supervision of the maddened Warden Servitor.[2]

- With the release of Beyond Light, most C-Block Blood enemies were renamed to their basic version, including all C-Block Blood Centurions.
