The House of Winter are a house of the Fallen,[1] distinguishable by their blue cloaks.[citation needed] There is evidence they were present at Caracas during the Collapse.[1]
House Winter is lead by their Kell, Draksis. Their lair is in Venus, and is part of the Winter's Run Strike.[2]
