Murmur is a legendary fusion rifle acquired by completing all story missions in The Dark Below. Murmur is unique in that it can switch between solar and arc damage, making it a highly flexible weapon. Murmur can only be fully upgraded by using a Runed Core, purchased from Eris Morn.
