The Rider is a Baron of the Skorn. A year following the Red War, Uldren Sov freed her along with 7 other Skorn Barons, and worked together to orchestrate a massive breakout from the Prison of Elders. After Uldren murdered Cayde-6, she fled the scene alongside Uldren into the Tangled Shore.
