The Hanging Crypts is a location within the Dreadnaught orbiting Saturn. It is accessible during The Sunless Cell Strike. The Hanging Crypts is a prison that captured organisms are tortured and rendered down into chitin for either the Dreadnaught itself, or for other Hive ships. The Hanging Crypts also includes the prison cell of Alak-Hul, the Darkblade, a powerful Knight who rebelled against Oryx.
