The Sky Burners are a detachment of the Cabal. They are only encountered during the final phase of the Cerberus Vae III and Dust Palace strikes. They are also found on Phobos. The fact that they are only seen protecting high-ranking Cabal suggests that they're a bodyguard of sorts. They can be identified by their light blue armor and brush on their helmets.
