The Emperors Strike Back is the fifth Story Mission in Destiny 2: Rise of the Emperors. The Guardian, assisted by Vrylzesk, re-enters the Colorado Badlands to any for info regarding the House of Emperors and to prevent any of their plans to destroy the City.
