Randal, the Undying Legend is a powerful Fallen Vandal commando encountered as an Immortal Enemy in the Asylum of Screams. Once a mistake among the Fallen ranks, his resilience made him stand out from his peers, who continually questioned why he isn't the new Kell at this point. One fateful day, however, he was encountered by a few Guardians, who discovered his resilience and alerted their peers to his presence. Awaiting a challenge by the Forgotten Shore, he welcomes any challenger to a duel, managing to survive each and every encounter, becoming all the more stronger. His strength was also well known among the Fallen, with imitators and fanboys attempting to follow his example. One day, however, the legend himself would be pulled into Darumel's Realm, where he would continue to fight, only honing his skills as a hardened mercenary. Knowing for certain he will cause problems, Darumel requests only the most experienced and hardened Guardians to challenge him... just like old times.
