The Last of the Kells was an Exotic Sparrow, only unlocked and obtained by doing certain Bounties, given by Joskaa, Lion Kell. The Sparrow can be obtained by either doing the Kell’s Arena rounds, or doing powerful Kell’s Wrath bounties. (such as Meriskis, Ordinance Thief, or Semkis Prime, Pretender to Andax, and the Crimson Widow)
