The House of Vipers are a Fallen House, distinguishable by their Black and dark Green cloaks/armors.
Originally this House was one of the eight noble Houses within The Sol System, before the Taken War. The Vipers were known for their cunning and trickery, which was known to match that of the House of Kings. But now are currently more of a amalgamation of Remnants from Kings, Scorpions, Dusk, Kell's Scourge and many more, seeking revenge and destruction against all of those who pushed their kind to extinction; mainly Hive, Vex, and Humanity.

The Swordsman's Arrival
After the death of Kalrix, the Vipers would go completely silent; not even chatters of them on radio comms and were only mentioned in minor dog fights with opposing forces. However, during the events of Paradox, they would become active, such as them assaulting outposts belonging to either the Shadowkeepers or The Last City, to scavenge whatever materials they had. Some Vipers did, however, join Kirito, out of the simple goal of survival, while the rest were last seen at both the Dreadnaught, and Nessus. There were even rumors of them scouting around the Leviathan.
