Eramis, the Shipstealer is a notorious Fallen Baroness from the House of Devils, captured and incarcerated in the Prison of Elders by the Awoken during the Reef Wars. Variks mentions her in his dialogue, indicating she was taken sometime during Skolas's rampage. Eramis presumably commanded at least a Skiff or probably a Ketch before her capture and was known for stealing ships for the Devils. Thanks to the mass breakout from the Prison of Elders initiated by the Scorn, Eramis escaped from the Prison and is actively rallying Fallen traditionalists to reform the House of Devils.

Seven months after escaping from the Prison of Elders, a large amount of Fallen united under Eramis attempted to enter the old Tower and steal an old weapon forged two years ago by The Guardian, presumably to use the SIVA within. They were thwarted, however, thanks to a joint effort between the Guardian and Mithrax, the Forsaken. The mission in question the last part of a secret quest which rewards the Outbreak Perfected exotic pulse rifle.

She later led her Devil Loyalists to Europa, and began utilizing the Darkness, as a means to stop the Guardians and destroy The Last City; going against the Fallen’s rules and ideals, by willingly using, and harnessing the very thing that destroyed their home. Her betrayal of the Fallen may result in others of her kind wanting her dead. Nonetheless, her reason for doing this is revenge against the Eliksni's former Great Machine for abandoning them many years ago.

• The unspecified entities reporting on Eramis's threat judge her to be the greatest threat for Fallen reunification.
• Due to her heist for Outbreak Perfected, it may be possible that she is also trying to recreate the Devil Splicers.
• She will be the main antagonist of the 2020 fall expansion, Beyond Light.
  • She is also the first living Fallen to use the Darkness. (note: while the Scorn were originally the first Fallen to harness the Darkness through the use of Dark Ether, Eramis is the first Fallen to do it, alive, as the Scorn are undead. The Scorn are also considered by other species to not be Fallen anymore).
