The Despoiler Captain is a Major Captain that appears as a High-Value Target on Destinations with a Fallen presence. On Nessus, they can sometimes be found imprisoned by Vex units. It will engage other hostiles, but flee from the player, only fighting back briefly if attacked, until its shield recharges. Eventually, it will leave the area, but if killed, it will drop a loot chest upon death.
