Clovis Bray II was a Golden Age scientist. He was the son of Clovis Bray I, who founded the science corporation of the same name. He was the biological father of Willa, Elsie, and Alton, and adopted Anastasia into the family.

Like his father before him, Clovis II suffered from a genetic disorder known as the "Clovis Curse", which Clovis I had inadvertently inflicted on himself and all of his descendants.
