Arc Votarists are a variant of Lightbearer Wizard that can appear in Savathûn's Spire.

Gameplay

During their encounter, an Arc Votarist will appear at a time. They fight like any other Lighbearer Wizard, and can be slain with volume of fire. Once the Votarist's Ghost is crushed, a charged Arc crystal and four uncharged crystals will be revealed. Once all crystals are charged, they will disappear and another Votarist will appear with reinforcements. Once this is repeated three times, Ei Irulac, Last of Her Coven will appear.
