The Sky Burners are a detachment of the Cabal. In the base game, they are only encountered during the final phase of the Cerberus Vae III and Dust Palace strikes. In The Taken King, they are also found on Phobos and the Dreadnaught. They were originally lead by Primus Ta'aun before he was taken.[1] They can be identified by their light blue armor and brush on their helmets.
