The Lost City is a playable zone in The Pale Heart. Unlocked after beating the Iconoclasm Mission, it serves as the main landing hub in the Pale Heart, hosting both a Vault and Postmaster kiosk along with serving as the location for Ghost's Destination vendor. During Operation Ahamkara, the Vanguard set up a camp called the Refuge of Speakers.
