Lion Enforcers are a group of Captains that belong to the House of Lions. Much like a typical House Enforcer, Lion Enforcers maintains the Kell's control over the House to prevent it from weakening. However, Lion Enforcers also are utilized by the Lions' Council to police laws established by them, and oversee Lion criminals in their trials and carrying out their punishment. Lion Enforcers are led by Julsis, Lion Baron, the stepfather of Joskaa, Lion Kell.
During the Siege on Mars, two Lion Enforcers alongside a group of Lions were captured by the Cabal Star Blazers and was detained in the Keep of the Valiant Flames within the Rubicon Outskirts on Mars, but were freed by the Guardians under the orders of AJ, the Relentless.
