Blessed Acolytes were Hive Acolytes seen in the Crown of Sorrow Raid during the Witch's Ritual encounters. They provide overwatch with their Boomers during the encounter, shooting at anyone below. They can only be killed by players with the Witch's Blessing Buff.

The Blessed Acolytes would reappear in the Gauntlet of VI rendition of Crota's End, once again serving as a unique stand-out cannon fodder unit that can only be killed by players with the Witch's Blessing Buff.
