The Tower of Woe is a massive skyscraper inside the Scarlet Keep and can be entered in The Scarlet Keep Strike. It has 3 floors (2 managed by Revenant Wizards and the final one being at the top, guarded by Hashladûn, Daughter of Crota.) In the elevator, the Guardians are attacked by flocks of Acolytes who guard the tower. At the top of the Tower, Guardians must confront and defeat Hashladûn, the architect of the Keep. It is suspected by Eris Morn that the Tower of Woe is designed to harness the energy of the Pyramid.
