Thaviks, the Depraved is an Ultra Marauder that serves as the main boss of the Exodus Crash Strike.
Gameplay
Thaviks is a difficult foe to pin down due to his erratic speed and stealth tech. For the first half of the fight, he packs a Shrapnel Launcher for ranged combat, and will employ a moderate damage melee attack when faced up close. He will also preserve the Overcharge left by Overcharge Shanks that appear throughout the fight, limiting the playing area. Every time his health is reduced by 10%, he will place a smoke bomb beneath him, causing him to vanish. He will only teleport back in when all the adds are cleared.
When Thaviks turns invisible, he does not disappear from the game. Sharp-eyed players may see him crawling on the walls of the room and can shoot him into a death-fall, drastically shortening his battle.[1]
When his health reaches 50%, he will switch from a Shrapnel Launcher to a pair of Shock Blades, making him more aggressive when pursuing Guardians. He will remain with these bladed weapons until he is killed.
