Rahn, Devil Captain is a Fallen Captain who leads a small House of Devils crew in the Cosmodrome, Old Russia. He appears in the A Guardian Rises story mission. Rahn is the first boss in the game. He is located within Dock 13 alongside his crew of Devils.
