Val Jo'arrc is a Cabal Colossus, and the final boss in the Mission, The Confrontation. He is the commander of the Star Blazers, a Cabal Legion known to serve as advance Flametroopers.

Biography

A member of the Blind Legion, Jo'arrc had a major significance to the Martian Cabal, as he was mention, that he led a Reckless squad of his own, went to Vex, and destroyed a Gate Lord of significance. Due to this, He became a legend and was later promoted to a Val, and had a operational freedom. In which, he created the Star Blazers, to act as his personal guards, which later become as a Flametrooper detachment.

Betrayal of Trau'ug

When Valus Trau'ug was requesting permission to invade The Reef, which was denied, Trau'ug attacked and slained his commanding officers. Jo'arrc attempted to protect the rest of his commanders from Trau'ug's wrath, including: Primus Sha'aull, Primus Ta'aun, Valus Ta'aurc, and Bracus Tha'aurn. And began to pursue the traitor, into the Reef, only be stopped be Sha'aull, and order him report back to him, to be congratulated by the Cabal empire, and was given permission to become a Valus, only for Jo'arrc to declined and still needed things to be work with. But the heroic Val was able to own a personal command ship, and Tank, as well as expand his guard, which became a Cabal legion, known as: The Star Blazers, with him becoming their commander.

Death of Sha'aull

After a boldful and relentless Guardian infiltrated the Blind Legion's base, and assassinated Sha'aull. The Blind Legion went under the command of Sha'aull's son, which due to him being inexperienced, caused the Legion to lose, time and time again. but while some the Legion's members attempted to leave the Legion. Jo'arrc did reported to the Cabal chain of command, in which tells that the Son is unfit to be given position as Primus, and wanted the son to be removed as Primus, or to demoted to lower ranks. In which was a success, he was demoted from Primus, and leadership was seprated into the remaining Blind Legion commanders, while must given permission to certain to the Empire's chain of command. Jo'arrc was given duty to oversee the mine installments of the Blind Legion.

Taken War

During when The Guardian founded the Skyburners's Fleetbase Korus and Oryx invaded Saturn. Jo'arrc was in charge over some of the mining installations, when he got a urgent call from Primus Ta'aun, himself, in which he order any of the Cabal members hearing this message, leave their bases and escape immediately. In which the Val watch one of his fellow officers get Taken in front them. Val Jo'arrc ordered the Blind Legion to evacuate the site, in which multiple Cabal were immediately taken by Oryx's hand, while the rest of the survivors escaped into the Val's ship and escape into the far edge of the Reef.

Assault in the Reef

During in the aftermath of the Taken War, Jo'arrc was rescued by a Cabal Legion, known as the Gold Legion was given permission to command the Blind Legion, by Dominus Ghaul, himself. Val Jo'arrc was ordered by the Gold Legion's commander to evacuate his brother from the Prison of Elders, while he rescue the Skyburners, from certain doom. The Val sent the Star Blazers to rescue the Valus, only to be defeated, while their Target was Taken. Jo'arrc then stationed in the Reef, to get sometype of foothold for the Cabal, unknowningly.
