The Consul is a Cabal political leader and the mentor of Dominus Ghaul. He is the secondary antagonist of Destiny 2.
Biography
Aboard The Immortal, The Consul approached Dominus Ghaul as he was interrogating The Speaker, reporting that the Traveler was secure, and the remaining Guardian forces had been executed within The Last City.
Appearance
The Consul is a large Cabal commander sporting heavy but poorly-maintained armor, with red paint worn away in some places to reveal gunmetal backing, and a ragged black cape. He does not wear a helmet, and his arms are completely exposed. Additionally, The Consul sports metal covers over his fingertips.

- The Consul is considered a lifelong friend by Ghaul.
