Collie rolls up her tongue and makes a playful cooing sound. Before her lie three Cabal War Beasts, all on their backs. Their own tongues droop from the corners of their mouths, and their limbs curl up as they wriggle left and right, trying desperately to please the Lightbearer. "Well, I'll be," mutters Phillian to himself as he finally recovers from his shock. Standing with him beside Collie is their teammate, Xue Huang, whose gaping mouth is seemingly unable to utter a sound.

"See? Told you my way would work," Collie turns her head and states, her low voice carrying a hint of pride. More War Beasts are gathering around the source of the noise and obediently lying on the ground.

"But…but… How?" Xue Huang finally utters, just barely stopping himself from shouting it. Phillian inserts the passcode cracker into the door's lock panel. He doesn't think he can stand the stench of the zoological garden for much longer. "We've still got about four hundred meters to the ship's armory, and there are six isolation doors along the way. Sneaking from the vents into the enclosure was only the first step."

"Yep. Now comes the real fun part." Collie stands up, now holding a pink gelatinous substance in her hand. All the War Beasts now have their front paws up at their chests and their eyes fixed on the object in her hand, meanwhile Phillian realizes the odor he's been smelling may not have been coming from the enclosure after all.

"Caiatl's precious sweethearts are gonna take us right to the gun," Collie says with a smile.
