Ghastly Gluttons are a type of Hive that appears in Haunted Altars of Sorrow.

Gameplay

Ghastly Gluttons appear in the second wave of Haunted Altars of Sorrow. They will exit the portal alongside other Hive foes, highlighted by an objective mark. Once killed, they drop 30 treats that can be used to feed Sir Skullduggery, but if they reach him, they will reduce the time limit by 10 seconds.
