Unstoppable Taken Captains are former elite Fallen Captains that were Taken and enhanced with heightened damage resistance and unstoppable rage by the Darkness.

Gameplay

As opposed to their compatriots, Unstoppable Taken Captains will attempt to rapidly close the gap between them and their adversaries in order to deliver a powerful melee blow to them, all the while firing upon them with their Taken Shrapnel Launcher. These enhanced warriors will also unleash their Darkness Bolts in a massive wave, with three fired off at once as opposed to a single one. These units will relentlessly chase down their opponents and will neither stop nor stagger unless they are hit with Anti-Unstoppable rounds or abilities, where they will be temporarily stunned and are capable of taking more damage from their assailants.
