Exemplar Minotaurs are large Vex Minotaurs with powerful weaponry and grenades. They are towering units that are central networking nodes.

Gameplay

Exemplar Minotaurs act as powerful field commanders for the Vex and central networking nodes. They tower over lesser Vex and players alike. Exemplar Minotaurs will roam around the arena and open fire with its Engulfing Cannon and Chronology Rifle while summoning Vex reinforcements. Its Torch Hammer deals high damage with its explosive Void bolts. In order to get to another point immediately, it will teleport to continue its attack and summon more Harpy reinforcements. The player must be aware of where it will teleport to so that they may take cover and put enough distance between them and Exemplar Minotaurs. Distance is crucial, as getting too close will result in Exemplar Minotaurs stomping the ground to create a Temporal Shockwave, which can instantly kill a player.

Trivia

• Exemplar Minotaurs are inspired by Zephyrus from Destiny: Rising. They have powerful abilities that make them similar to Zektyriphyrus
