Cultivation of Potential is a Raid in Destiny 2, released in the Convergent Pattern expansion. After the destruction of Ouranos, Prismatic Mind, the leaderless Convergent Vex would look to break into the Network by capturing a Proto-Worm trapped in the Vexnet, Tehk. The Guardians must follow Tehk's cry into the Vex Network and keep him out of the Vex's hands.
Objectives[edit]
- Follow the Call
- Find a way into the Vex Network to investigate the source of the call from within.
- Find the Way
- Gather data from Convergent Vex forces to locate the location of the "Not Worm".
- Defeat Kinros
- Destroy the Vex Mind keeping the way into the Vex Network open and cut off Convergent forces.
- Navigate the Network
- Locate the source while avoiding detection from Greater Network Security.
- Search the Simulation
- Make your way through the simulation to discover who is calling.
- Defeat Cetus
- Destroy the Vex Mind attempting to capture the Not Worm.

Find the Way[edit]
The Raid starts with a cutscene showing the Guardians' jumpships passing through a hole in Sedna's surface. They transmat onto an overlook.
Kinros, Evolved Custodian[edit]
The Guardian fireteam makes their way to a large expanse. At the far end of the room, Kinros stands before a Vex gate with a doorway into the Vex Network that Kinros is forcing open to allow Convergent Vex to pass through.

After Kinros is destroyed, the Guardians will need to enter the open gateway.
Fundament Simulation[edit]
Entering the portal, the Guardian fireteam arrives in Tehk's domain; a simulation of Fundament. They stand on a rocky island in a vast sea as a rainstorm rages. Ancient Krill castles can be seen on islands in the distance, and Cetus and Tehk can be seen breaching the surface of the sea.

After activating a Conflux, Cetus will emerge from the sea and begin the fight.
