Feizel Crux is one of the founders of Crux/Lomar, a City-aligned weapons foundry.[1] He founded a weapons foundry alongside Victor Lomar, and created many different common and a few exotic rocket launchers out of their workshops in what is now known as Bannerfall.[2]
