- — Victor Lomar[1]
Victor Lomar is one of the founders of Crux/Lomar, a City-aligned weapons foundry.[2][1]
His foundry, which has collaborated with weaponsmith Feizel Crux on multiple occasions, have created some of the most iconic weapons used by Guardians, such as Truth[1] (shoots high-velocity shells that aggressively track targets and explode in close proximity), the Dragon's Breath[2] (shells create a field of napalm that does damage over time), and the legendary Gjallarhorn (shells track targets and split into smaller missiles after detonation).[3]
