Splicer Scouts are the Devil Splicers' variant of the regular Fallen Stealth Vandal. They fight similarly to Stealth Vandals, but their augmentations allow the Scouts to remain fully invisible even when moving rapidly of being staggered, only revealing themselves when attacking.
