Rahn, Devil Captain is a Fallen Captain who leads a small House of Devils crew in the Cosmodrome, Old Russia. They appear in the A Guardian Rises story mission.^[1] Rahn is the first boss in the game. They are located within Dock 13 alongside their crew of Devils.

Rahn is the only red-bar enemy that is properly named so far, and the only red-bar boss.
