Queenbreaker Captains are Fallen Captains of the House of Wolves who once served as bodyguards of Queen Mara Sov of the Reef before attempting to assassinate her. Though they failed, they assumed the title "Queenbreaker" as a badge of honor. They are underlings of Saviks, Queenbreaker.

One Queenbreaker Captain can be found in Dock 13. He is a Queen's Wrath target.
